Why we only do two trades
Most London maintenance companies list twelve trades and subcontract ten of them. We do drainage and plumbing, and we employ the people who do it. That is why the engineer who answers the phone at 3am is the one who turns up, why the van carries a jetting rig and a CCTV camera rather than a bit of everything, and why most jobs are finished on the first visit.

Emergency blocked manhole, Enfield
Blocked manhole restricting flow through the whole system. Attended the same day, high-pressure jetting broke down and removed the blockage, then the manhole and connecting pipework were flushed and tested before we left. Posted on our Google profile, 3 August 2026.
Leak under the sink, fixed same visit
A slow leak had soaked the cupboard floor. Failed trap replaced and the pipework re-sealed from the parts carried on the van.
CCTV survey before a purchase
A buyer wanted to know why the patio drain smelled. The camera found a cracked joint, relined with no digging, and the report went out the same day.
