A resin-soaked liner cured inside the existing pipe makes a new pipe within the old one. Cracks, open joints and root entry points sealed, without lifting the patio or the drive.
The drain runs under a patio, drive, extension or conservatory
You want the repair done in a day
Roots keep coming back after cutting

Insurer has asked for a repair, not a replacement
Lining works when the pipe is still round and roughly in line. It can’t fix a collapse or a pipe that has dropped into a belly, which is why every relining starts with the camera.
What happens when we arrive
1
Clean the pipe
Jetting and descaling so the liner bonds to clean pipe wall. Roots cut out first.
2
Install the liner
Resin-impregnated liner inverted or pulled into place, inflated against the pipe wall, cured with hot water or UV.
3
Cut and prove
Lateral connections reopened with a robotic cutter, camera pass to prove the finish, footage to you.
What's on the van
Liner in 100mm and 150mm sizes
Inversion drum and calibration hose
Curing kit
Robotic cutter for reopening connections
Camera for before and after
What it can and can't fix
Lining repairs cracked, fractured, jointed and root-damaged pipes that are still in shape. It cannot repair a collapsed pipe, a severe belly, or a pipe that has fully displaced, which need excavation.
Timing and price
Most domestic relinings are done in a day, including the survey afterwards.
There are no prices on this page because the price depends on what we find and where. What we can promise is how it works: the call-out is £49, the engineer looks at the job and quotes it in front of you before touching anything, and the quote you agree is the price on the invoice. If we find something different from what you described, we tell you before continuing. The £49 call-out covers the visit and the diagnosis.
