Terms of service

Quotes. The call-out is £49. The engineer quotes the job on site, or in writing for planned work, before any work starts. The price you agree is the price on the invoice, unless we find something different from what was described, in which case we tell you before continuing and you may decline further work.

Call-out. The call-out charge is £49 and covers the visit and the diagnosis. Any further work is quoted before it starts and only goes ahead if you agree.

Guarantee. Workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from the invoice date. Parts carry the manufacturer’s guarantee. The guarantee does not cover new blockages caused by items that should not be put down a drain.

Payment. On completion by card, bank transfer or the link we text you. Commercial accounts on agreed terms.

Access. You confirm you have the right to authorise work at the property.
